"The apartment lived up to expectations.The appartment was very clean and there were towels enough. Walking distance from train station (20 min), but also good bus service. Good train service from Pisa to Florence, Lucca and Siena. Andrea I. was already waiting for us when we arrived. We had a marvellous week !"

"Fine place for living in Pisa. Housekeeper provided for all we need here(that is rare in Italy). And everything was functional. Can I think of something else? May be dishwashing machine only but I can manage without it. Quite street (dead end) and good air (pines outside) are good for pleasant rest and deep sleep. Distances from sights are reasonable (Piazza dei Miracoli – 15 min, Santa Caterina – 7 min, San Matteo – 5 min, Stazione – 20 min and so on) if you prefer walking (time is approximate and depends on your style of walking). Bus stop is near if you prefer public transport. Grazie mille Andrea!"

"Lovely apartment in a quiet location in Pisa, but just a short walk from the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and I will recommend this to my friends. A wonderful holiday!"

"We stayed at the apartment for 3 weeks with our 11 months old son. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. We found a fully equipped kitchen and lots of sheets, bed linen and towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. The appartment is very close to the centre (10 min walk to city centre, 15 min to piazza dei miracoli or train station). The communication with the owner was excellent throughout and he was very helpful with everything. Parking lots were available and the bus stop is very near. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. We definitely would recommend this place to friends and family."
