The condominium Perchu was built in 1963 on a large parcel of private property at the base of the Pila Ski Resort, 1800 meters above sea level. In an optimal location, the condominium is surrounded by 2-3 hectares of peaceful mountain prairie, hills and forest. The private outdoors offers families the possibility to explore, go sledding, make barbecues and play comfortably while feeling right at home. The location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the highest mountains of the Alps, the central valley and of the city of Aosta.
Large apartment of about 70 m2 situated on the top floor of the condominium Perchu. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with care by the owners over the summer of 2009.

From Italy, exit the autostrada A5 at "Aosta Est" and follow the direction Pollein, Charvensod and Pila. From France, take the Mont Blanc tunnel and exit the autostrada at "Aosta Ovest". Follow the regional highway 26 to Aosta and then follow the directions for Pila. From Switzerland, take the Gran Saint Bernard tunnel and continue along the regional highway 27 to Aosta, and then follow the directions for Pila. Once you have arrived on the road going up from Aosta to Pila (regional highway 18), continue along this road until you reach "km 16" (marked on a signpost on the side of the road in the middle of a curve). The condominium is located just a hundred meters after this curve on the left side of the road. Parking is available along the road in front of the condominium. The location is just before the periphery of the ski resort area of Pila, about 1 km before the departure of the ski life for Chamolé.
"This apartment is beautifully situated close to main gondola station in Pila. It is well-appointed and has all the essentials for a stay in the Aosta Valley. We were there for a week of skiing in Pila and we couldn''t have hoped for a better location. The apartment was much larger than the photographs suggested so we got a great surprise when we saw it. It was fresh and clean catered for all our needs. The woodchip burner was a great warming feature after a days skiing! We were lucky enough to be there for the festival of Saint Orso, a fair celebrating local artisans work which I would definitely recommend. The owners were very accommodating, meeting us in Aosta and driving up to Pila when we arrived late in the evening. This is great value for money and myself and my 4 friend would wholeheartedly recommend it."

"We had a wonderful time in Pila. The apartment is very big and indeed has a fantastic view. The garden area was fine when we came back from our hikes. Pila itself is "wintersporty" but has a great walking area."
L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble surplombant la route de Pila. Il ne faut que 10 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le parking et accéder aux pistes. L'appartement est très agréable, la vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants (de moins de 6 ans).
L'appartement et confortable bien agencé et très lumineux. Il est proche de la station du Pila et il est vrai que l'on peu redescendre en skis depuis les pistes, jusqu'à l'appartement (nous l'avons testés) La vue nocturne sur Aoste et magnifique. Une bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours. Cependant Il manque quelques petites choses pratiques dans l'appartement pour que le séjour soit agréable. Une ou deux lampes de chevet, et une cuisine à peine plus équipée surtout quand on commence à être une famille de 5. Mais je sais que tout cela va y être remédié, car nous en avons parlé avec la propriétaire qui est fort sympathique et très à l'écoute.
