" Tenuta Bellosguardo is a wonderful estate situated on a spectacular panoramic spot. The property extends over 40 hectares – smooth hills covered with olive groves and vineyards and a little lake. On a clear day you can see Lucca with its historical walls and , from afar, the sea. The immediate surroundings are great for walking and cycling. Cottage Gelsomino is a gracious independent cottage inside the property which is located close to the swimming pool (6m x 12m) and the main building. Entrance on the ground floor: spacious living-dining room with couches and upholstered furniture, 1 single bed settee, dining table, fire-place, kitchen angle with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. On the 1st floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet. The holiday home disposes of a veranda equipped with a table and chairs. A small garden (300 sqm) with deckchairs and sun-umbrella belongs also to Gelsomino. The house is very bright and cosy, furnished in country style, with terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, walls in delicate pastel colours. You have wonderful views onto the surroundings hills. All the guests can use an external utility room with washing machine, iron and sink, there is even a barbecue and wood burning stove for pizzas. The owners sell their own olive oil, wine and honey. The parking is within the grounds. For the month of June, customers Gelsomino, Tenuta Bellosguard, every Thursday 'and Friday', offers a FREE day at sea, at the plant Mistral, Lido di Camaiore. "
