" The Villa di Castello is situated in the middle of an olive garden. The Todi appartement, fully equiped, is rigorously decorated. The heating can easily be regulated. The indicated price refers to two beds, the residence of a child in the cradle under the age of 3 years is free.
The stay of babies is for free. The heating during the winter costs 6 euros per day and the final cleaning 15 euros. (please check the price list). We propose a reduced tariff depending on the season and the length of your stay, i.e. for the second week of your stay. The swimming pool can be used from May till October. Pets: personally we do like pets, but we also respect those people who don’t like them. For the well-being of all our guests, we try to meet an understanding about the pets and we ask a fee for the final cleaning. Smoking is not allowed within the appartements. Means of access From North-west: From highway A1 turn at Val di Chiana, follow the indications to Perugia-E45. After Perugia, follow the indications for Terni-Roma. Turn at Ripabianca and follow the indications for Gualdo Cattaneo. Turn right at the first stop-light (ponte di Ferro) for Pozzo and continue until Cisterna Castello Medievale. After about 500 meters, on you right you'll find a country villa. It is the landlord's home. From north-east: From Cesena take highway E45 and follow the indications for Terni-Roma. Turn at Ripabianca and follow the indications for Gualdo Cattaneo. Turn right at the first stop-light (ponte di Ferro) for Pozzo and continue until Cisterna Castello Medievale. After about 500 meters, on your right you'll find a country villa. It is the landlord's home. From the south: from highway A1, take the road for Orte, keep going towards Terni and take highway E45 for Perugia-Cesena. Take the road for Massa Martana and continue towards Foligno. Once you've passed the town of Bastardo (still heading for Foligno) turn left for Pozzo and continue for about 6 Km and continue until Cisterna Castello Medievale. After about 500 meters, on your right you'll find a country villa. It is the landlord's home. For those who arrive by train: the landlord's home is about 25 Km from Foligno's station and circa 30 Km from Perugia's. For those who arrive by airplane: The Sant'Egidio Airport is about 35 Km from the landlord's home, and about 150 Km from the Fiumicino Airport (Rome) and 130 Km from Ciampino Airport (Rome). In any case we will come pick you up.
