The chalet, simple but elegant, has two apartment so divided:
- 1st apartment : kitchen with dining area, with refrigerating + deepfreeze, electric oven, cooker (4), sink, big living-room with fireplace and sofa bed , tv sat, a bathroom with single bad that you can to unite): total bed 6/7.
In the outside there’s a big shed with garden furniture and barbecue.
Both of the apartment have a big car park uncovered.

Means of access The chalet is the only building in a freehold property of 20000 sm grass and conifer forest. There are about 120 varieties of plants and shrub that point out with their flowers and colours at the change of the season. The chalet confines with a reserve of deers and mouflons.
It has a wonderful view of the dolomitic Corna Blacca (mountain)
It’s ideal for children who can meet near farmers animals and little wild animals that live near the chalet.
There is a jogging way that passes through the forest.
If you want to know Alpi and Prealpi ‘s flora, you can find in the zone surrounding the chalet very interesting exemplars.
There are publications, in the house, that can help you if you want to individualize the species with the possibility for the boy to build a herbarium.
There is a little tourist library, in every apartment, about Lombardia and Italy and maps of the nearest mountains way.
