"J''avais quelques craintes concernant le quartier car la population du centre-ville de Perpignan a mauvaise réputation. Je n''aurai pas voulu y traîner seule à la nuit. Mais pour ce court séjour, et en rentrant au jour, RAS. Secteur bien surveillé (caméras), d''autant qu''il y a une caserne de la légion étrangère à proximité. J''ai toujours pu trouver un stationnement dans le parking public à l''entrée de la ruelle de l''immeuble(gratuit de 18H à 8H) en ce mois calme de février. L''appartement est très agréable : décoration chaleureuse, équipement complet, très propre. Pas de bruit de voisinage ni de circulation. Et les propriétaires sont sympathiques !"
