" In the village we recommend visiting the castle and the beautiful churches. In the surrondings you can take long walks in the lovely Monte de Vez or visit the Rabaçal village, famous for it's tasty cheese. There's also the Pedra Ferida waterfall, the natural pool of Louçainha and the important roman town ruins of Coninbriga. We also recommend tasting the regional flavours like the honey, nuts, olive oil, chese and wine. "

"Maison magnifique dans un village charmant. Jardin impeccablement tenu. Les villages alentours et la région ont également beaucoup de charme. Les points noirs : il n'y a pas de passoire dans la cuisine et le chant du coq à 4 h du matin (on s'y habitue vite) autant dire très peu de chose. N'hésitez pas !"

"Casa independente, no centro de Penela, numa zona calma, com muito espaço mas ao mesmo tempo muito acolhedora. A cozinha está bem equipada quer com louça quer com electrodomésticos. A roupa de cama é muito bonita, a mobilia é lindissima, tudo muito limpo e agradável. O salão de jogos e Tv é perfeito para conviver e passar uma noite agradável entre amigos ou familia. O jardim é grande e bonito, com estacionamento dentro da propriedade. Casa ideal para um grupo grande com excelentes condições. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela D. Maria, muito simpática e disponivel. Sem dúvida um sítio a repetir."
