Apartment/ flat - Paris

My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks. It was great! We travelled all over Paris by Metro and having the metro station so close was perfect. Only 10 minutes from the center of Paris. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was very quiet, the windows keep all noise out. The owners are very nice and made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood is great, many boulangeries to choose from and many nice places to eat. We only hope that the apartment is available next year when we want to return to Paris.

"The flat was lovely - newly renovated, very clean, with all one would want in a self-catering accommodation. Ideally situated just next to the metro Jourdain, it is very easy to get to most parts of Paris from there and the area is very pleasant - you have all necessary amenities nearby. I have absolutely no negative things to say about this place - for us, it was just perfect."

"The apartment was very clean and quiet with the windows closed. There were several bakeries, 4 pharmacies, 3 grocery stores, several banks, several Asian traitures, butchers, fromageries and many other businesses nearby. It is 10 minutes from Hotel de Ville by metro. The metro stop is just steps away from the door. The manager Justine is great as are the owners. We look forward to returning next year."

"Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans cet appartement. Le métro est juste à la porte, ce qui est très pratique. Le quartier est très vivant avec plein de super petit commercants a moins de 2 min de marche (le supermarché, Boulanger, fromagerie et boucher tous à moins d''une minute, et en plus y a le choix!). En plus, ce n''est pas un quartier touristique (même si il y a beaucoup a découvrir), alors c''est idéal pour connaitre le "vrai Paris". L''appartement lui-même et très propre, décoré avec goût, comfortable et bien équipé. Il donne sur une petite ruelle tranquille alors les nuits sont très calme. Rien à redire, on y reviendra avec aucune hésitation après notre séjour vraiment réussi! It is in the heart of a lively area with many typical French shops within 2 mins walk, and the supermarket, butcher, cheeseman, boulangerie etc are about 50m away, with more than one of each to choose from within this distance! The metro is literally at the door, which made it so easy to get around. The area is not touristy, which is perfect to discover the "real Paris". The apartment itself is very clean, well decorated, light and comfortable, and well-equipped. It looks out on a very small paved street with basically no traffic, so is very quiet. The owner is easy to get in touch with. Could not recommend highly enough, we had an amazing time there!!!"

"Les propriétaires réservent un accueil très chaleureux et séjourner dans ce petit appartement très fonctionnel, propre, d''une déco actuelle et chaleureuse fût un réel plaisir. C''est l''occasion de découvrir un quartier vivant et agréable avec toutes les commodités et le métro au pied de l''immeuble. A noter : l''appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble ancien et demande de faire preuve de discrétion par rapport au voisinage, les sons se propageant ... En résumé, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir."
