" Situated in 10mn on foot of the basilica of Montmartre ( Sacre Coeur) and the place du Tertre with his numerous painters. This stroll is moreover very picturesque and romantic. It is an alive and cosmopolitan district. In the district, you will find business streets near: supermarkets, grocer's shops, bakers, cheese makers, butchers, fishmongers, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and restoration(catering) to be taken. A little farther by bus or on foot are theaters and the district livened up by Pigalle where you can visit the Moulin Rouge. "

"Aunque el edificio es viejo, el apartamento está perfectamente reformado,acondicionado y decorado con gusto. Además, está localizado en una zona tranquila, a la vez que muy próximo al bonito barrio de Montmatre y Sacre Coeur. Muy próximas las paradas de metro y autobús. En resumen, muy recomendable para visitar y disfrutar París."
