Christmas in Paris - Apartment style 1930 -3 bedrooms

We stayed at Francois' apartment in Aug 2012 for 10 days and really enjoys our stay there! The apartment is very conviniently locate for the train and metro stations, and also close to all required amenities. Francois was a very courteous and accommodating host and helped us settle into the apartment easily. The service provided was also excellent in terms of responding to our queries and requests while we were in the apartment. We stayed with our two kids who also enjoyed the apartment. The only advice I would provide is for Francois to have some English books and DVDS to appeal to visitors who cannot speak French.

"On se sent bien dans cet appartement fraichement rénové avec style. Le propriétaire est attentionné et très sympathique. La localisation est très pratique avec ses transports en commun à proximité, ainsi que les nombreux commerces et restaurants de tout type disponibles 7/7. Les chambres sont très calmes la nuit. Nous reviendrons certainement. You feel immediately at ease in this recently renovated appartment. The owner is very attentionnate and friendly. Public transportation is at proximity and shops and restaurants are nearby and open 7 days a week. The bedrooms are very quiet and we slept very well. We will certainly come back."

"Appartamento spazioso e ben disposto, cucina molto bella e pratica dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti. Camere da letto confortevoli e molto tranquille. Adatto fino a sei persone adulte (nella sala da pranzo si mangia comodamente in sei grazie al bel tavolo allungabile) sala da bagno con doccia e sanitari nuovi e senza problemi per l''acqua calda. Il quartiere di Batignolles è molto carino e proprio nei pressi dell''appartamento ci sono tutti i servizi: panetteria sotto casa, farmacia, mercato aperto anche la domenica mattina, supermercato, giornalaio, bar e ristoranti. Fermata della metro e degli autobus molto vicine e quindi comodissime. François, il proprietario, è stato veramente molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra! Siamo stati così bene che ci è molto dispiciuto lasciare l''appartamento......e il quartiere!"
