"The owner is a fantastic person, me and my family were in his home so as in our, but in Paris, viewing la Tour Eiffel, le Sacre Coeur, having many facilities so as internet, lift and a terrace full of plants and flowers. The apartment is near to 2 different Metro line''s stations (5 and 4 if I well remember it). I suggest to find an agreement with Mr Durand, the sit is really amazing. (2012-08-03: 2012-08-08, 4 people)"

"This flat offers all the amenities you expect following the description. But what the add can''t describe its the very special charm of this hideout, the 9th floor situation makes it very quite, a tree on the terrace in front of the lounge makes you feel like in a house, the books and posters around you remind you of the spirit of what Paris is all about. I was there in the winter, spring should make it a dream to be up there. from the terrace you see the Eifel tower. If you''re in Paris for shopping the big commercial center of Place d''Italie is @ walking distance (10mn) I enjoyed every minute I spent in this lovely nest. "
