CHARMING AND LUXURIOUS FLAT Viaduc des Arts-Bastille-Coulee Verte

"We found this to be a delightful, well-managed apartment in a great location. We were looking for a place outside the heavily touristed areas but close enough to the center to be a short metro ride and the location was just right. It''s a nice neighborhood with all the amenities nearby. The entrance to the metro is but a minute or two walk. The apartment is very clean with lots of light due to the large windows and small balconies. It''s very nicely furnished with all the necessary kitchen supplies and equipment and the bed was probably the best we have experienced in a rental apartment in Europe. As a result of being located on a high floor and in a relatively quiet neighborhood there just wan''t any problem with noise. Working with the owner, Nathalie, was a real pleasure. She responded promptly to our email inquiries and provided a very professional orientation upon arrival. This is the third apartment we''ve rented in Paris and it will be the first place we''ll try for on our next trip. Highly recommended."

"I have just returned back home after a nearly three weeks trip to Paris. The flat has been PERFECT in any way. It´s spotless clean, nice decorated, warm and lightfull, because of the big windows, which leads you to two balconys! It´s great to sit there in the evening, with a glass of wine- feeling a little bit like a parisien. There is nothing missing in the flat- everything is there. Hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing, laundry machine, dish washer, the kitchen is fully equipped. The area is very nice and totally safe. We loved to take a walk on the adorable promenade plantee, which directly leads you to the Bastille Opera. The Boulanger near the flat makes the best baguettes and really large pain au chocolats! Enjoy it! There are a lot of supermarkets near the flat, but I can highly recommend you the fresh market alegre! There are unbeatable prices for wonderful vegetables and fruits! It`s a very nice and lively athmosphere there. We loved the flat, the area, everything was perfect. Nathalie, the owner, was very friendly and caring! There have been two books with recommended places to see, restaurants, good advises for the whole area. We felt like home in this apartment in the rue Montgallet. Thanks Nathalie for having such a nice time in Paris, in the lovely 12.arrondisment! I definitly will return! This is the best place to stay."
