Studio - PARIS

"We had a very pleasant stay in this studio. Francis provided several amenities including a coffee-maker, kitchen utensils, a radio (we enjoyed listening to the jazz station - stations can be found in a list in the weekly magazine Periscope), clothes washer, clothes drying rack, TV, and wifi (limited). There were only occasional shows in English, although one evening we watched a couple episodes of Emergency. The view from the window of this fifth floor apartment is quite nice. One can see a 19th century former workshop (this was an artisans district) in a courtyard. We liked a local restaurant called something like Cafe Toto with a school theme. There''s a fantastic bakery on Rue du Fauberg St. Antoine on the way to Nation metro. It has the best raisen croissants. There are two subway stops nearby, Nation and Rue de Boulet. Francis was charming and non-intrusive. His and his wife''s art decorate the studio. "

"The studio was excellent in every way. It was clean, cosy, the perfect apartment for a couple. It's situated close to Nation station, which is very convenient (Metro and RER). The neighborhood is quiet and you can find super market, cafes, bistrots, even a barber shop right next to the building. The owners were most kind and helpful. We would recommend the studio to all our friends who would like to visit Paris."

"We had a very good time at the studio. It's clean and well kept, the area is safe, quiet and there are many restaurants nearby. The studio is not big, but is equipped with all that is needed to feel at home. Very Recommended!" * Note that the Internet connection did not work for us most of the time.

"Exellent! Appartment is very beautiful, cosy and clean, equipped with all you need (incl. wi-fi). Near the centre of Paris. Ideal for a couple. Nice and quiet neighborhood, easy access to metro/RER and bus. Many brasserie's and cafes near there. Owner is benevolent."

"The studio was as the pictures show and scrupulously clean. The area has lovely cafes and shops and has very good metro and bus links. You can walk into the centre of Paris, which takes about 20-30 minutes. It was very quiet when we were there and very cosy. It is a studio so one room only but the sofa bed is a good size. Although far away, you can see the Eiffel Tower twinkling at nights across the parisien roof tops."
