"Very nice and quite area, close to the center of Paris (5 minutes walk to Republique metro station, 40 minutes walk to city center). 100 meter to supermarket, public laundry and bakery. Very nice bistrot in ground flor of the building. So You have all that You need for enjoyable stay. The appartment is very nice and clean. Very nice and helpful owners (lives in same building). If You want to enjoy Your stay in Paris, this is the place! I strongly recommend this appartment and hope to come back soon."

"Lovely apartment of 3 rooms (bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) in a quiet, well situated location. Owner lives in same building so meeting up was very easy and she explained everything to us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, and homely. Lots of guide books and hand drawn maps of local points of interest were a nice added touch. Free wifi very handy. Coffee/tea/sugar/spices/oil/vinegar supplied. Owner was flexible on checkout time. Would recommend to others and stay here again. Good value for money."
