Best points about the property:
" Located in Paris near Nation, Bastille and Père Lachaise, this exceptional, luxury flat is entirely facing a private terrace and garden, and provides absolute calm.
Part of a modern and quality building, this 2-bedroom on the ground floor is fully furnished with contemporary furniture to ensure that your stay in Paris will be as comfortable and serene as possible. We wouldn't have been living there for almost 8 years if it wasn't up to that promise ;-).
The flat is spacious and well organized. The reception area, in a beautiful volume of 40m2 (430 sqf) with a ceiling at 2m80 (9.2 ft), is composed of a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The other rooms — two bedrooms, the bathroom and toilets — are all clearly separated for comfort and intimacy.
A private parking space is also available and accessible with an elevator within the building. "
" Take time to walk down to the famous Père Lachaise cemetery to render homage to Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde, Edit Piaf or Chopin. Walk south to the Arsenal canal leading from the Bastille to the Seine River where you can take a tour of the Paris canals and pass directly underneath the Bastille in a boat.
There are plenty of great restaurants you’ll want to try, like the Sot L’y Laisse (70 rue Alexandre Dumas), a truly Parisian bistro headed by an extremely talented, young chef. The apartment is situated at the top of the rue de Charonne. Walk down this wide boulevard for a huge choice of bars and restaurants. If you enjoy the traditional French Cuisine, you’ll love “Aux Galopins” on the rue de Taillandiers. A little further on and you’ll find the “Sans-Culottes” on the rue de Lappe. There’s also a great Thai restaurant on the rue de la Roquette called the Blue Elephant.
To see the rest of Paris, you can take to metro line 2 directly to Montmartre and the Arc de Triomphe or take the line 9 to the Opera, the Champs Elysées or the Eiffel Tower. "
