"We had a great staying in that studio. Mr. R. is very friendly and help us in all that we needed. The studio is located in a very pleasent arrondissemen. The studio was really clean,illuminated, full equiped and cosy. In the balcony, you will have a beautiful view over the street. In this studio, you certainly will have a great time in Paris."

"das kleine studio ist sehr nett, zweckmäßig und komplett eingerichtet. das bad ist allerdings etwas schmal und eine bequeme sitzposition auf der toilette nur schwer einzunehmen. auch der zugang zum oberen etagenbett ist nicht ganz einfach. Dafür lasst sich aber die untere Schlafgelegenheit, nach vollem Auszug, auch sehr gut zu zweit nutzen. der kleine balkon muss zu einer anderen jahreszeit eine wahre freude sein. das virtel, inmitten der grossstadt, bietet viele möglichkeiten (bars, restaurants, kneipen) nach dem täglichen Besichtigungsmarathon den pariser abend gemütlich zu geniessen! das croissant am nächsten morgen zum Frühstück gibts gleich in der bäckerei an der ecke, das zubehör im nahen supermarkt. zur metro nur 5 min, der weg dorthin, auch bei dunkelheit, unproblematisch. freundlicher empfang, Barzahlung bei schlüsselübergabe erwünscht. lassen sie sich unbedingt den trick zum öffnen der 2. tür, vom hausflur zum treppenhaus, erklären!"

"der aufenthalt in dem kleinen studio war eine freude. der kleine balkon eine oase inmitten der grossstadt.das studio sehr nett eingerichtet und inmitten eines sehr angenehmen viertels mit vielen möglichkeiten (kleine bars, bäckereien, supermarchés, käseläden, metzgerei...)das pariser stadtleben in vollen zügen zu geniessen!nähe metrostation, unkomplizierte übergabe des schlüssels, freundlicher empfang. jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen."
