Ideally located in central Paris, 10 minutes walk from the Opera, Montmartre and the Galeries Lafayette, this splendid, wide and typically Hausmannian apartment (115m2/1237ft2) is entirely renovated. On top of its moldings, oak floor and old fire places, it offers a very modern and sophisticate style. Light and very comfortable, it will easily welcome 4 adults, 2 children, with 2 additional sleeps (very comfortable camp beds). Bedrooms are all situated on a charming and quiet courtyard. Beautiful building built in 1900, secured by two digital locks and a caretaker. The neighborhood is very pleasant, quiet and safe. The apartment is very close to lots of traditional corner shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Different metro stops will directly drive you to major places of interest of our wonderful city. A “velib’ station” (cheap bike rentals proposed by Paris City) is also accessible less than 2 minutes walk. End of stay housecleaning is included in the rental price. We rent out our apartment during our vacation period but are also disposed to let it for week-ends in the course of the year. "This is a beautiful apartment close to all amenities. We particularly enjoyed staying in a typical Parisienne neighbourhood away from tourist areas, yet it is 5-10 minutes by cab to main tourist attractions (or minutes walk from the nearest metro station). The owners are very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The apartment is equipped with everything you can think of, and is very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Appartement spacieux, aussi chic et chaleureux que ses proprietaires. Parfait avec des enfants en bas ages. Nombreux commerces et transports a proximité. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement et y retournerons avec plaisir."

"très très bon accueil, appartement propre, grand, décoré avec goût!et très bien équipé! chambres donnant sur une cour, donc aucun bruit, métro à proximité, idéalement situé je recommande vivement ce logement merci encore à la maitresse des lieux!"
