"Our 55 sq. meter apartment, light-infused and handsomely-furnished, is perfect for couples, individuals, or a couple of friends wanting a vibrant Paris holiday from a quiet perspective. It''s a beautiful 19th century building. The master bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm bed (bigger than a queen-size bed), the room is warm and welcoming. The 2nd room, has a sofa with converts in 160cm size bed . The building is located on a very quiet, safe street which pours a few feet away offering views in one direction of the CHAMPS Elysée and Saint Honoré. It is a pleasant walk to many famous destinations such Arc de Triomphe,Grand Palais, River seine, Concorde Place - and of course the walking paths along the Seine River going toward Invalide, pont de l''alma. we recommend it Nous avons séjourné dans ce superbe appartement proche des Champs Elysées , très lumineux avec petit balcon. L''appartement est entièrement équipé avec une grande cuisine et des appareils neufs. La salle de bain est très moderne. Les couchages sont très biens. Il y a internet haut débit. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et nous a bien conseillé sur ce qu''il faut visiter. Un plus, il y a un ascenseur, et l''immeuble est très calme."

"MY amily and I (4) stayed in the propery during the WINTER holidays and we all enjoyed . It was quite convenient. All the attractions, shopping mall and fantastic restaurants are at walking distance. The poperty was very clean and well maintained. It was like an another home with all the necessary appliances. It is a typical french appartment. We love it. I would certainly recomment it to friends and relatives. We shall be coming back soon."

"A simply fantastic location, we did almost all sightseeing on foot. Anyway, there is a 2-minute walk to Ligne 1 metro Franklin Roosewelt to get anywhere you wish. The apartment was very cosy and clean facing a quiet street but at the same time the beautiful rue du Saint Honoré was 2 steps away. The right place to feel the real Paris for the new comers. Lots of local shops and cafes and a supermarket in the vicinity. Thanks a lot to the owner for his hospitality and helpfulness. We would be happy to stay here again."

"We (a family with parent and 3 children)were very pleased in renting this apartment The house was very nice, suitable and quiet. The people who were there to welcome us were extremely nice. The house is situated in a lovely area, close to subway,shops and nice restaurents, Seine and Notre Dame. But, as in most cities, you have to bring earplugs. The area is quiet. The area was wonderful. We will definitely recommend your apartment to other tourists. We had a wonderful time."
