"Very nice place. Yvan was very professional and friendly. Definitely can not beat the price for such a great space in Paris. Tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped for a vacation rental but lacked a microwave. I couldn't resist the extra-long bathtub. Great views and tons of light. A little noisy if the windows are open as the Hospital and Police are nearby but with the windows closed it was all good. It's just outside the tourist center but within walking distance and super close to Gare d'Austerlitz with access to 2 metro lines and 1 RER (suburban) line. Overall, a great deal."
