"The apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable and complete with all accessories (including washer / dryer), but is located in a building rather dated and does not have the lift to access it. Missing the curtains in the bathroom, so even if the windows are partially opaque privacy can be easily violated especially from the apartments on the upper floors. One of the two bedrooms has no windows. The access is guaranteed by a secret code that changes every tenant. The apartment is convenient to both the Metro (Bastille - crossing point of the two main underground lines) and the Marais district during the period of our holiday he always had a shop open on Sunday. Moreover, in parallel street behind the apartment, there is a small supermarket open on Sunday morning. The owner Frederic was available and let us stay until late afternoon because the apartment was not immediately occupied. I would advise anyone staying."

"The appartment was modern, cosy and clean as it had just been renovated. Located on the 1st floor with staircase. Building and surroundings very secure and safe. Excellent location within walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Frederick greeted us on arrival and was very helpful. Excellent 4 days in Paris and we will certainly visit again!"
