" GENERAL INFORMATIONS: The indicated price is the weekly/ night rate for up to 4 persons. The price includes all charges for electricity, water-heating. Final cleaning fee: 30 euro. Additional cleaning is available on request, at extra cost. Any reservation requires the down-payment of 10% of the total amount. Minimum stay: 5 nights ( feel free to ask me about shorter stays). Delivery of key ( at the apartment): check in is normally scheduled during the afternoon, check out in the morning before 11.00 am. A different arrangement can be made at your convenience, depending on the availability of the apartment. Baby cot: available on request "
