" This very pleasant apartment, 35 square meters (90 square feet), is located in the heart of Saint Louis Island (4th district), close to some of the most important sites and museums in Paris. It is at the same time intimate and equipped to accommodate for 3 people. It consists of: a LIVING ROOM with a dining area and fully equipped KITCHEN and a very confortable sofabed. BATHROOM bath, sink, WC; Fully equipped with all modern appliances: internet access WiFi , TV, telephone, washing machine and dish washer. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (US 5th floor). It is very safe : code at building and quiet night and day (double-glazed windows, all rooms overlook an internal sunlight courtyard). FACILITIES : Bed linen and towels provided. Public PARKING facilities available at a nearby garage. There is a PUBLIC GARDEN with a playground for children nearby. "

Delivery of key ( at the apartment): check in is normally scheduled during the afternoon, check out in the morning before 11.00 am.
