Enjoy Paris like parisians do !

"This apartment was altogether wonderful as were the owners. My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights on our visit to Paris to celebrate her 40th birthday. The apartment itself has the charm of a historic structure with all of the renovations of a modern place. Kitchen and bathroom both very nice. Windows sealed very tightly to make the place quiet when desired- simply opening a window let in the bustling sounds of a Paris marketplace! Amenities were excellent as well. The area is vibrant! The pedestrian area surrounding the apartment has the charm of a small town within the city. Lively cafes, good restaurants, and interesting shops are available a few steps out the door, as well as essentials such as grocery and pharmacy. Diane, the owner couldn''t have been more accommodating. She was available via email months before the stay to answer any questions we had about visiting Paris. We had detailed directions to the flat from the airport, and she was available via text or phone to help us arrive easily. She gave excellent suggestions on restaurants which guided us to some interesting places off the beaten path, and was available via phone during our stay. I should also mention that the train from Charles de Gaulle arrives in Paris within walking distance to the apartment. This was an excellent place to stay and I recommend it highly!"

"My girlfriend and I searched high and low for an apartment for a 10 day stay and we finally settled on this great little apartment. Diane was nothing but pleasant to work with the entire time. She answered every email regarding price, the apartment, etc. We had arrived mid afternoon on a Friday after one and a half hours stuck in traffic. We were scheduled to meet Diane at the apartment for a formal check in, but we could not because of the traffic. We eventually got to our apartment and she left the keys for us. First off, the location – fantastic little pedestrian street with cafes, restaurants and shops, and the apartment is a 15 foot walk from Rue Montorguiel – probably my favorite market street of all of Paris. There were little food markets with fresh fruit, boulangeries, pattiseries, loads of cafes, etc. You could get cheese, wine, meet, whatever you wanted on this street and it was always lovely! The apartment was nice and spacious with plenty of light. Nice big windows that you can open up to soak in the fresh air. Diane left us a great little binder full of useful information for us regarding the immediate area (best places to go to, eat, etc). The only thing it does not have is air conditioning. So, if you go in the summer, it might be a bit hot (but there is a heater). She checked us in in the evening after she got off work and was extremely pleasant. She offered herself as a resource if we had any questions. We texted her throughout the trip with various questions and she was always prompt in answering back. The apartment was clean, fresh sheets, and overall, a very welcoming apartment. She was also very flexible to our schedule in terms of checking in and checking out. A true professional who obviously takes a lot of pride in her apartment. She even left us a wonderful gift basket upon our departure. I would highly recommend this great location. FA "

"We are a family with 2 children of 11 and 13 years of age. We wanted to find a good and central place to stay during our vacation to Paris. And I was very lucky to find this apartment. I have been in Paris many times - and this has been my best accommodation ever. We all loved the location and the apartment. And because all sheets and towels etc. was included in the rent - we were able to travel light and there was room for souvenirs too. The location is fantastic - 5 minutes to Les Halles and the metro's and 5 minutes to Centre Pompidou. And it was so great to live at the Montorguil area as we had everything we needed e.g. bakery, supermarkets, cafe's, fruit- and fishstore and much more. The apartment had all the amenities you need such as 2 beds, nice bathroom, mac computer and a small kitchen too. I will definately recommend this apartment and I would love to go back sometime."

"We are a family with 2 children and were looking for a nice place in the center of Paris. I started to search for hotels but everything was very expensive and not always nice and in the center. Then I found this apartment and I must say that we loved it. First of all it is located in a beautiful area and you feel like you are part of Paris. We rarely took the metro and could walk to Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Besides being in a good location, the apartment has a small kitchen very good to prepare meals. I loved the nespresso machine. The kids loved to have internet access. Whenever we return to Paris for sure will stay here."
