"Our stay in Paris was fantastic! The apartment is in the perfect location for a first-time visitor: two minutes from the Louvre and several metro/bus stops, five minutes from Velib station (bicycle rental), ten minutes from Place des Pyramides, Rue Montorgueil, Les Halles and within an easy walk or transit to all major Paris sites. The apartment is on a VERY quiet street in a secure building. It was such a luxury to have space to “spread out” and unpack, with a separate bedroom upstairs that leads to a small balcony with a rooftop view. Provided are high-quality linens, all appliances including electric range, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, and a modern, spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Mr. Robe was an amazing and thoughtful host who speaks nearly flawless English. He really made us feel like we were guests in his home, rather than renters on vacation. He has wonderful style and has decorated the classic apartment in a fun, funky way and also provides maps, guide books and personal recommendations depending on your taste. It was a pleasure meeting him and being guests in his beautiful city, and we hope to return very soon. I would recommend this apartment for almost anyone, with the one limitation being someone with severe mobility issues or vertigo, as there are two flights of stairs: one from the lift to the apartment, and a small stair up to the bedroom loft. Our stay in Paris was definitely enhanced by the comfort and location of the apartment, and our lovely and gracious host, Jean-Claude."

"The apartment was marvelous, it was very central, 5 minutes from the Seine and Louvre with any number of reasonably priced restaurants nearby. There were bakeries, fruitshops, small supermarkets and pharmacies. We had stayed in Paris previously and new how tiny most inner city hotels were, so it was lovely to have space, a couch, a balcony as well as washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc. Jean Claude was a great host telling us places to eat and visit. There was even a Nespresso Coffee machine with a shop walking distance away. The apartment was clean and well equiped and had great security. The lift was modern and we only had 1 floor to walk up - which was good with all the lovely food and drinks that we enjoyed. The area was lovely and quiet for sleeping but busy enough that we never felt unsafe. The railway station was 2 minutes away and with our Paris Pass with free trains and the central location of the apartment our stay was perfect."

"We have spent 9 magic nights in this apartment. The location is perfect - most of historical places we reached by foot. The apartment is in a calm street and it has nice terrace.All the transport is very close at 5 minutes of walking (RER,metro,bus).Supermarket G20 is in 3 minutes of walking.Everything is perfect,we recomend this apartment to everybody who wants to have unforgetable holidays in Paris. Jean-Claude is very fiendly, professional and helpful."

"Nous y étions du 1 avril au 9 avril. L''appartement est super équipé:quand il n''est pas loué,Jean-claude y habite. C''est calme et le quartier a tout ce qu''il faut pour manger à l''appartement(traiteurs,fruiteries,boulangeries,patisseries,charcuteries)ou dans un des très bons restos à quelques minutes de marche. Et ce qui n''est pas négligeable,Jean-Claude est très sympathique et très serviable.Dès que vous le rencontrez,vous ne parlez pas à un propriétaire,mais à un ami. Donc,pour ceux qui veulent visiter Paris à pied,cet appartement est l''idéal."
