" Stay right in the middle of everything in Palma. Just a few minutes walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, galleries, museums, sights, the seafront and the marina, etc. The flat is compact and modern with most amenities and is located in a narrow street with no bars or restaurants. However, as it is situated in a residential area it is not suited for "party-goers" and noise is expected to be low after 11.30 at night. No lift/elevator. "
