" Located less than 10 meters of the sea. You can acces from the living room to two small quiet beaches. The apartment composed of a large living room/kitchen, "feet in water", from which you can see the ocean from almost every angle, and a large room, also with sea views. The living room has two sofa beds, isolated from each other. There is a small space with table and chairs, perfect to have diner seeing the sunset. Marivent views. Privet parking. Just a few steps out of the living room, you 'll find in the left side a small and very quiet beach. In the right side a few meters away, there is another small beach. It's hard to be closer to the sea. In the neighborhood you can find bars and fine restaurants to enjoy the rich Mallorcan gastronomy. The area is rich in activities and atractiones. In the immediate neighborhood you 'll find a port, with sailing clases and several restaurants. Walking a littel bit you'll find a golf, karaoke, and a few night bars. Already in Palma besides all the cultural and important monuments you 'll find a casino and nightlife. "
