" It is a confortable flat of 55 sq.m. completely renoveted in 2007, located in one of the best quarters of Palermo, 6-7 minutes from the bus stop from/to the airport, 100 metres from the bus stop to the city center ( 5 minutes ) and to Mondello beach (15 minutes ),is composed by a large bedroom with window, with a double bed ( or two single beds, as you like), possibility of another bed, by a kitchen-sitting room with balcony where there is a dining table for 5 people, a sofa-bed for 2 persons ,TV, radio and internet wi-fi, by a bathroom with bidet and shower The apartment is on the 7th floor of a building with 2 lifts and conciergerie with video control. The owner is a tourist guide ( you can find her name in the lofficial list of Sicily's tourist board . She will possibly give you some information and organize you excursions ( extra price). In the same corridor, next door, she also owns another apartment for 2-3 persons ( see offer n. 142605 ) and, in case you want to spend a week in oriental Sicily, she also has a house in Marzamemi, south of Syracuse ( see offer n. 27590 ) "

" Nearby there are cafès, restaurants and shops.Round the corner a pizzeria opened everyday till midnight. Mondello beach is situated 10-15 minutes bus and the bus stop is 100 metres far. The town of Palermo is as old as Rome and there are many interesting monuments of all periods, the most important of which are the the Palatine Chapel and the Cathedral of Monreale that are already a journey worth but, if one wants to visi also another town, just 300 metres from the apartment there is a bus stop for the bus going to Trapani. Then one can take the train or the bus to visit the little fascinating town of Cefalù or the incredible greek temples of Agrigento. Come and see also the famous CARNEVAL at Termini Imerese ( 30 minutes from Palermo )with a procession of carts and possibly assist to a representation in the famous "Teatro Massimo" the 3rd big Opera Theatre of Europa! "

"Very good location in a very nice area of Palermo. Very easy to get from the airport and easy to go to the centre. The apartment was comfortable and according to the description. The owner was very gentle and helpful, going out of her way to make us comfortable and welcome."

"Cet appartement est à environ 2 km du vieux centre mais il très bien desservi par plusieurs lignes de bus pour l''accès aux différents quartiers historiques.Situé dans un quartier plutôt chic avec les commerces de proximités, ces lignes de bus au pieds de l''appartement offrent un accès directe à la mer(plage de Mondello) et à l''aéroport. Autre point positif, l''accueil multilingue, arrangeant et fort sympathique de la propriétaire"

"Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. A RECOMMANDER ++. Les indications données par la logeuse pour trouver l''appartement sont très claires. Elle nous a donné le grand appartement alors que nous avions loué le petit, nous avons été très bien accueillis. L''appartement est calme, très bien propre et dans un quartier très correct."
