"Nous avons trouvé le logement propre, bien équipé, très spacieux, calme, très bien situé, magnifique panorama et vue sur la mer et les îles en face ; de plus Sofia était très serviable et nous a donné de très bons conseils. Les belles plages Nelson I et II sont très proches et accessibles à pied. Nous recommandons vivement la mini-croisière d''une journée au départ de Palau sur les îles de l''archipel Maddalena et Caprera, et surtout Spargi, Budelli et S. Maria, avec repas à bord. Un petit détour vers Cala Luna s''impose également. Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines de farniente."

Tout était conforme à ce que nous avions vu, la maison était très propre, l'endroit était très calme, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous n'avions pas pensé à préciser que nous aurions besoin de serviettes de toilette sur place, nous avons donc contacté Sofia la propriétaire qui s'est arrangée pour que nous en ayons dans la journée! Cette maison est à recommander, Sofia répond rapidement aux emails et il est possible de la contacter en cas de problème. Nous avons passé un super séjour à 4 (2 couples). Merci Sofia!!!

Chi vuole godersi una vacanze immerso nella tranquillità della flora sarda con vista Maddalena non può che scegliere questo alloggio. In tre adulti con una bambina di 2 anni e mezzo ci siamo trovati a meraviglia....una privacy unica e una location estremamente affascinante.

"Casa funzionale in magnifico contesto. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile prima e durante il soggiorno. Giardino molto bello con vista mozzafiato, purtroppo non curato durante la nostra permanenza."

The owner's response:
colgo loccasione per precisare, che sul retro della casa il giardino è brullo ma curato (con oleandri e ulivi) mentre sul fronte è verde (irrigazione a scomparsa notturna) e viene curato ogni c.a.10 giorni. Durante il soggiorno della Signora ,causa drastica riduzione dellacqua di riciclo proveniente dallimpianto di depurazione di Palau, il giardiniere ha rinviato il taglio dellerba (lerba alta infatti trattiene meglio lacqua a salvaguardia del prato, impedendo che si "bruci". Senza dubbio il giardiniere avrebbe dovuto cercare una soluzione meno drastica che contemplase anche le esigenze degli ospiti e comunque informarmi in modo io li potessi avvisare. Di ciò mi scuso.
