Our wonderful vacation home for 6 to max. 8 persons is only 200 m away from the sandy beach. The house is situated in a quiet and modern area with private houses. We are sure you will enjoy its delightful summerhouse atmosphere.
Downstairs you find our friendly garden and the spacious veranda. Two balconies on the first floor. Our barbecue is waiting for you.
Our house has 5 sleeping rooms (2 double rooms + 2 single rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds). The 2 double rooms and the room with the 2 single beds are equipped with air conditioning system.
The open american kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen, washing machine, dish washer all included.
We have two bathrooms with wc and shower cabine upstairs. In the garden you find an additional closed shower cabine. Gas, water, electricity and final cleaning all included in the rental fee.
You just have to come and enjoy your stay!
Our english speaking house administration will support you in all aspects. We organize transfer from airport, rental car, shopping tours and site seeing for you - if you wish it!

If you want you can also reach our home by ferryboat through kusadasi or cesme. You receive a detailed documentation for your reservation.
