This fantastic 5 bed villa would be our own vacation 'home from home', except that we don't have nearly this much luxury or sunshine at home! It is located in a quiet conservation area at Silver Creek, just a few minutes from Disney. It has 2500 sq ft under aircon with two very comfortable family rooms and an open aspect kitchen/dining/living area.
As well as going out for entertainment, you can also enjoy yourself on the generous pool deck with a glass in your hand, and cool off in our magnificent 33ft pool. For those lazy evenings, all rooms are fitted with cable TV, four of them with DVD players. If you want to eat in, enjoy a barbecue by the pool, watching the sun go down as the sounds of the nocturnal wildlife replace those of the day. Or maybe head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby unless you are going back to Disney for the evening firework display.
Our home is on one of the largest plots on the development, with the rear of the house facing just south of west, so that the pool area gets sunshine most of the day, and those famed Florida sunsets. Even though the nearest home is 40ft away, we have a pool area which is screened by a 5ft hedge on each side, but open to the view over the conservation area to the rear. You can observe the local bird life, which includes sandhill cranes, little and large egrets, black and turkey vultures, hawks, herons, ibis and many smaller species: we even provide you with binoculars.

Means of access Silver Creek is situated just off highway 27 and in turn is only 1 mile from the 192. Access to Disney and all the other Theme Parks is easy.
We give you directions to reach Nirvana from the local airports and also from the major roads if you have arriving from one of the northern states of the USA.
We are ideally situated for access to both the coasts of Florida, one hour from the Gulf of Mexico and 90 minutes from the Atlantic Coast.
