" The garret is a little loft about 20 square meters, 2+1 beds, 1 bathrooms (Bordering another attic apartment with 4 beds, 2 bathrooms and terrace - listing number 326109), that gives on to the historical Middle Ages centre of Oristano, with a wonderful view on his churches and his towers. It is situated on the business and cultural centre of the town near to the main square. Oristano, near to the most beautiful beaches of the Penisola of the Sinis and Green Coast, is in a location ideal for exploring the whole Sardinia island, being connected with the north and south of the island's through major traffic arteries and railway. Because of the tilded roof, the attic has been designed to supply the most confort with original solutions all around. It has got light green and custom-made fornitures and it is equipped with air conditioner, tv colors, telephone and ADSL flat service. - The kitchen is illuminated and airy by a practical velux. It has got a gas cooker, a oven, a refrigerating, a freezer, and all you need for cooking and also a washing machine - The bathroom, decorated by Sardinian ceramics, are equipped with shower, wc, bidet and wash-basin. - The bedroom is provided with a very confortable double bed. - In the living room there is a tv, telephone and a very handy sofa turning into bed 100 cm large. " I advice you the mini cruises on a sailing boat of 10 meters with the owner along the coast and the Isle of Maldiventre, at discount prices (info: www.sinisyachting.com). We are situated on the golf of Oristano which borders, in the north side, on the Penisola del Sinis as well as, in the south side, on the Green Coast. Here you could go for a ramble to the local historical sights as well-like Tharros, an antique-style roman-phoenician harbour construction, which is now situated under sea level; relics of the buildings and the thermal springs can be clearly recognized. The city in the north side is close to the beaches "Is Arutas", the very well-known "beach by rice sand", Putzu idu and Capo Mannu, the best place in Europe for surfing, "Is Arenas", one of the most famous beaches of the golf, and also "S' Archittu and Santa Caterina", with its basalt-shore presenting an ideal place for enthusiasts of impressive landscapes. In the south side, the city is close to the desert beaches from Torre dei Corsari and Piscinas, along the Green Coast. It is also only 3 km to the nearest and vibrant beach of Torregrande, usual destination of the inhabitants of Oristano because of the promenade front of the sea. the city of Oristano has also a rich and vast gastronomic tradition, wich had been passed on from generation to generation, as well as traditional festivals. "L''appartement est très bien situé, à 2 minutes du centre historique d''Oristano, et 7 min à pied de la gare de bus. On voit les domes et clochers depuis la fenêtre du salon. L''appartement est tout juste refait,très propre et bien entretenu. L''appartement n''est pas très grand mais il est chaleureux et très fonctionnel (moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, cuisine équipée, machine à laver, fer,...) L''appartement étant climatisé, la chaleur ne pose aucun problème. Parfait pour visiter Oristano et sa magnifique région !"
