The apartment is very clean, well maintained and provides everything you need for your perfect golf or beach holiday. The price includes full use of the apartment and the private swimming pool. All bed linen and towels are provided (changed weekly), and you will be greeted with a free welcome pack of groceries and a bottle of wine! The apartment has a private, south facing balcony with chairs and table provided. There is also a beach umbrella, beach chairs and a cool bag at your disposal. The comfortable lounge/dining area provides a TV, DVD player and a selection of English films, a Radio/CD player with a selection of CDs, and a variety of childrens' games. There is also Digital Television with several foreign languages stations.
*BOOKING THE ACCOMMODATION*:
*A 100 euro non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday begins.
*For bookings less than 4 weeks before departure, the balance can be paid on arrival at the apartment where you will be greeted and given the keys.
*A cleaning charge is included in the booking price.
*A security deposit is not required although guests will be trusted to replace any broken items.

" The private swimming pool is only a few meters away, and the international Villamartin golf course only 2 minutes walk away, with two more golf courses within 10 minute's drive. The nearest blue-flag beach at La Zenia is only 5 minutes drive from the apartment, with many more safe, sandy beaches to choose from along this beautiful coastline. There is a fine selection of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets within easy walking distance, the nearest being only 20 minutes walk away. Further afield are many more with the nearby cosmopolitan town of Torreveija home to many designer stores and outlets, as well as some fabulous sandy beaches and a daily open market. "

Means of access The Apartment is located in the Villamartin area of the Costa Blanca, near the towns of Torreveija and San Miguel De Salinas. Take the N332 coastal road to Cartagena (from Alicante Airport) or the N332 to Alicante (from Murcia Airport), depending on whether you arrive at Alicante or Murcia Airport. A map and detailed directions will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed. A hire car is recommended although we can arrange for your collection at the airport and transfer to the apartment (paid locally, cost around 40 euros one way). Please ask for details. The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs, so it is not suitable for the disabled and wheelchair users. A private car park is available for your use, and also on-street parking. This is a strictly Non-Smoking Apartment and pets are not allowed.
