" This authentic fishing house has been restored recently to give it confort and has a very good location: next door to the sea, the fish, meat and vegetables markets and to all the delicious typical restaurants! THE MAIN HOUSE (2/4 pers can be rented independently) house is very confortable and not tiring: you can do everything on the ground floor which is rare in the historic center. A patio to eat outside. THE STUDIO with the terraces can be rented also with the main house (depend on how many you are) On the 1st floor and his 3 terraces.This house has also central heating for the winter.Even it is not very cold, it is very relaxing to feel a gentle heat when you come back from a day outside.Baby Kit/internet Kit on demand.TV+DVD. You don't need a car, you can shop, go to the restaurant and to the beach by foot. "

Taking the boat (few euros) to the island of Armona (10mn), Culatra,or Farol a few euros and discover the most beautiful beach of Algarve... Youc an also take a little train to praia do Barril (10 km away) (funny for the kids).Discover the picturesque Tavira or go for a day in Sevilla (2 hours from Olhao). "

Ende März 2013 hatten wir das Haus für 5 Nächte gebucht, sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist, da wir den muffeligen Geruch nicht ertragen konnten. Das Haus ist unserer Meinung nach in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, die Farbe platzt an diversen Stellen von den Wänden, die Zimmer-Decken sind fleckig von Feuchtigkeit? dadurch im ganzen Haus ein intensiv feucht-muffiger Geruch.(evtl. im Hochsommer gut zu bewohnen, unser Zeitraum war eher verregnet und kühl)Winziger Patio umgeben von sehr hohen Mauern und die Terrassen sind über extrem steile Treppen zu erreichen, schwindelfreifheit von Vorteil!Lage zentral nähe Polizeistation und Strandpromenade. Sehr komplizierte Abwicklung der vorzeitigen Abreise, diverse Stunden gewartet bis die Haus-Gouvernante den Schlüssel zurücknehmen konnte, keinerlei Entgegenkommmen der Besitzerin bezüglich der komplett gezahlten Woche.Insgesamt sehr ärgerliche Erfahrung.

"La casa tiene encanto, sobretodo por las terrazas: una terraza es la azotea de la casa, la otra, la de debajo de la primera, es donde està el estudio (una habitación con cama doble y un pequeño cuarto de baño completo) La planta baja de la casa, donde està la cocina, lavabo, comedor y dos habitaciones es un poco asfixiante porque hay mucha humedad y el patio de esta planta (la salida de la cocina) es muy pequeño y está entre paredes de altura considerable."
