" Sunflower House is located in the town of Olette in the Pyrenees Orientales, halfway between the mountains and sea. Ideally situated for lovers of hiking and skiing, enthusiasts of history and the Catalan traditions. Le Petit Train Jaune stops in the Village and Caranca Gorge is just 10 minutes away. The Baths of St Thomas and the natural thermal waters are also near to Olette
Sunflower Housse is ideal for families or couples, the gite has two double rooms, a bathroom, large open plan kitchen, lounge (with TV) dining area, a large entry hall. The large south facing balcony with a barbecue allows you plenty of space to relax, dine or sunbathe as well as stay cool under the awning. The village has a bar, mini market , a butcher, a newsagent / tobacconist and a weekly market. The station for the Little Yellow Train is not far and also the beautiful church. There are many walks that start and finish in the village.
The gite is located on a quiet road away from the hustle of the main street but near enough to walk and enjoy the bar or pick up the fresh croissants.
