" Sunflower House is located in the town of Olette in the Pyrenees Orientales, halfway between the mountains and sea. Ideally situated for lovers of hiking and skiing, enthusiasts of history and the Catalan traditions. Le Petit Train Jaune stops in the Village and Caranca Gorge is just 10 minutes away. The Baths of St Thomas and the natural thermal waters are also near to Olette Sunflower House is ideal for families or couples, the gite has two double rooms, a bathroom, large open plan kitchen, lounge (with TV) dining area, a large entry hall. The large south facing terrace with a barbecue allows you plenty of space to relax, dine or sunbathe as well as stay cool under the awning. The village has a bar, mini market , a butcher, a newsagent / tobacconist and a weekly market. The station for the Little Yellow Train is not far and also the beautiful church. There are many walks that start and finish in the village. The gite is located on a quiet road away from the hustle of the main street but near enough to walk and enjoy the bar or pick up the fresh croissants. "

"Une maison bien équipée et agréable pour un séjour familial ou en couple. Pour les amoureux de la montagne, il y a de nombreuses opportunités de la découvrir (les beaux villages alentours, le petit train jaune qui offre de superbes promenades, la nature avec ses sites et réserves naturelles à foison). Cependant la mer est très éloignée, il ne faut pas y aller pour se baigner. Seuls bémols : la maison est assez sombre à partir de 16h, et la cloche du village continue de sonner la nuit (supportable cependant) Très bon accueil des propriétaires, très à l''écoute et chaleureux."

"gite en parfait état, décoration simple mais de bon goût, terrasse très sympa bien équipée, maison très tranquille, cuisine bien équipée en appareils ménagers : un bémol manque de vaisselle(2 casseroles trop petites pour 4, pas d''appareil pour pesser ou râper même manuels, plats très petits) très satisfaite de notre séjour très important : propriétaires charmant et très disponibles.Jeanette connait très bien sa région d''adoption,elle est une très bonne conseillère aussi bien pour le culturel que pour les randonnées"

"Maison de location très agréable et bien retirée de la route principale ce qui inspire le calme (conforme à la description de l''annonce). Le voisinage est très accueillant. De plus les propriétaires Janet et Hugo sont super GENTILS (ce n''est pas le cas de tous les propriétaires Hélas). "
