"My wife and I enjoyed our 4 weeks at Villa Paolija immensely. The spacious apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The amenities made life very easy: new dishwasher, refrigerator, air-conditioner, wireless internet, and satellite TV. The infrastructure is great: for example, the shower makes hot water instantly. The apartment is a very short drive to the beautiful sea town of Novigrad, with its picturesque harbor, beaches, and medieval walls. The apartment is a good place to stay while exploring the entire region of Istria and other areas in Croatia and Slovenia. In fact, Italy is only 70 kilometers away. We had a great time exploring, but it was always nice to return home to the peaceful, quiet apartment after a day of sight-seeing. We enjoyed many fine restaurants in the area, but it was also fun to cook in the apartment with the terrific fresh ingredients that are easy to buy in Novigrad. It is impossible to imagine better hosts than Irena and Zlatko. They are warm and welcoming people, who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. They do a fine professional job of keeping the villa in good shape, and they add an extra dimension with their friendly hospitality. They were also very helpful with advice about sight-seeing and restaurants. They were happy to call restaurants to make reservations for us. They are wonderful people, and we miss them already!"

"Sehr schönes Haus, etwas abgelegen (ca.10 Minuten bis zum Zentrum Novigrad.) Super Familienanschluss und sehr hilfsbereite Leute.Ein Traum für jeden "Biker". Wir werden wieder dort Ferien machen."

"Excellent accueil et séjour très agréable fait de gentilles attentions. Appartement clair, propre (même les draps sont changés en milieu de séjour), bien équipé, terrasse très appréciable, vélos mis à disposition. Jolis villages à visiter (Groznjan, Motovun...) et villes (Rovinj, Porec...). Nécessité d''une voiture. Vraiment d''excellentes vacances alliant tourisme et farniente !"

"Location de qualité et confortable. Il manque juste un lave-linge.L''environnement est extrêmement calme car la location se trouve en dehors de Novigrad ce qui évite également les gros problèmes de stationnement intra-muros. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et offrent un accueil chaleureux. Tout en étant disponibles pour leurs hôtes, ils restent très discrets. Location à recommander+++."
