The modern in Art Deco style built villa is located in the green hills directly surrounding Nice-centre; it is only a 7 minutes drive to the cosy city centre of Nice, the beach and the famous "Promenade des Anglais". In addition to a luxury and spacious livingroom "La Citronneraie" has among other things a modern fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is sleeping-accommodation for maximum 16 persons. Outside the house there is a private swimmingpool, a jacuzzi/whirlpool with direct seaview, several terraces (amongst others one terrace built on pillars above a part of the garden with panoramic views), a pool-house, a garage and a 3500 sq. m. tropical garden with palms and many fruit trees.
