"La casa e'' davvero bella. E'' a ridosso di un''area verde, pertanto il caldo di notte e'' sopportabile. E'' provvisto di una bella terrazza. Si puo'' mangiare fuori e si gode una bella vista della citta''. I proprietari (non parlano italiano) sono persone gentilissime e corrette. C''e'' una fermata dell''autobus fuori casa. E'' comoda da raggiungere e non e'' soffocata dal caos del centro di Nizza."
