"We loved our stay in Nice and you will too! Eric’s apartment is on the 3rd floor of a magnificent heritage building. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Situated on a beautiful plaza (Place Garibaldi), only a short walk away from Old Nice and a 15 minute walk to the beach and port. There are many restaurants, bakeries and boutiques in the surrounding area, and bus/train stops are located close by which makes getting around very easy. Thank you Eric for making our stay in Nice very enjoyable! We will definitely return soon!"

"This apartment was perfect for our stay in Nice. You cannot fault the location, across the street from the old town, beside the port & tram stop practically right outside the door taking you to train station to explore other parts of the riviera! The apartment itself is very nice, brand new, beautifully decorated & great views from the window. I would highly recommend this apartment. Eric, the owner is ve,ry nice and very helpful. Great stay & hope to return soon!"
