"Clean flat, new fittings, good quality equipment, stunning view across Nice that you always want to sit and take in. Its high up on the hill, great for walking down but need a car or taxi back."

"Elegant modern apartment, beautiful view over the town and see, beautifully decorated. Would not recommend for those without a car, bus connection to town only every 40 minutes. A very friendly and helpful owner. Reception by Ms. Vilar at the apartment was not warm."

"Bel appartement,tres bien equipe.Belle vue panoramique sur la baie des anges;cependant,un traffic assez larmoyant(voie rapide).Il est indispensable d´avoir une voiture.Il n´y a pas de bus apres 20 heures.La proprietaire et la responsable sont des gens charmants et bien veillants."
