" Cozy and charming holiday home with shaded terrace overlooking a silent inner court yard. Villa Olga is decorated with original Art Dèco frescoes, stain glass windows and broad marble staircase. The apartment is at the Villa's mezzanine (12 steps staircase). In the spacious living room there are a well equipped kitchenette, table and 4 chairs, one sofa bed. The terrace (10 square m) is fully furnished. The bedroom has a “French double bed” (cm 140 x 200) and a fitted wardrobe. The apartment is provided with electrical heating. "

Our apartment's location is perfect for enjoying Nice as well as its surroundings and for making day trips to other beautiful French Riviera locations: Menton, Monaco, Montecarlo, Cannes and the Provence typical villages. "Villa Olga is a delightful and charming apartment in a lovely art deco building. In a central and safe part of Nice it is convenient for shops, "trains, buses and the beach is a short walk away. (The 23 bus which serves the area goes from the airport to a stop just opposite the apartment, a great service at just 1 euro, a taxi trip on a previous visit to Nice cost in the region of 40 euro!) The accommodation is quiet, tranquil, cool in the heat and very cosy. It has all the comforts of home and is even equipped with mats and a parasol for the beach which is a great bonus. There is a beautiful terrace, tastefully furnished which provides a cool place to breakfast or enjoy a night cap on balmy evenings. The owner is extremely warm and friendly and available by phone for any queries or problems. There is also a lovely lady on site to help at any time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Olga to anyone who wants to have the pleasure of living like a native for a week or two."

"Apartment was cosy, well decorated, comfortable, with quiet terrasse, very clean and homely. Location was great for exploring Nice and area (bus stop nearby). Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definetely recommend it for great vacations in Nice".
