"L''appartement était idéalement situé dans Manhattan (quartier résidentiel très sympathique et extrêmement bien desservi par les transports en commun) et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour agréable. La propriétaire, charmante et accueillante, a été d''une grande gentillesse. Le seul bémol reste la température dans l''appartement, bien trop élevée et non réglable. Appartement à louer et à relouer sans aucune hésitation !"

"Excellents souvenirs de mon passage à New York, qui avait très bien démarré avec l''accueil très chaleureux et attentionné d''Isabelle.L''appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif, très agréable, lumineux, plutôt spacieux pour un studio,avec une cuisine très bien équipée, un grand salon, un dressing, et une salle de bain fonctionnelle. L''appartement est situé dans un quartier très agréable et authentique, 100% new yorkais et 0% touristes,entouré de toutes sortes de cafés, déli et restaurants.L''immeuble est calme. Et les voisins sympas!Il est par ailleurs très bien desservi par le métro (ligne D directe en moins de 15 minutes du centre ville). Immersion totale new yorkaise garantie!"

"Appartement idéal pour un séjour de 2 personnes (ou 3), propre, lumineux, bien agencé et bien situé avec wifi (connection parfois difficile!!), chaine hifi avec entrée i.phone et TV avec chaine TV5 monde (en français). Le quartier de Harlem est calme et sympathique, offrant des petits commerces de proximité pratiques et le métro à 6 mn à pied (ligne directe (A) jusqu''à JFK aéroport et à 25 mn du sud de manhattan). Ne pas rater un gospel le dimanche matin que vous trouverez dans la plupart des églises du quartier. Isabelle, la propriétaire, est géniale, sympa comme tout et prête à rendre services et conseils, le tout en français. Je recommande vivement ce studio."
