" This is a 4 bedroom,4 bathroom, beautiful 1906 Victorian row house, restored to its full glory in 2007.It is located in the land marked district, known as Sugar Hill, in Harlem, which is at 147th St and Convent Ave. This 4-story house has an updated kitchen with French doors, which opens onto a garden. There is also a laundry room, powder room and spare room on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there's a large living room with a computer, telephone, 2 sitting areas, dinning table and powder room. The upper 2 floors contain the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.2 of the bathrooms have showers, one has a Jacuzzi and shower and one has a tub and a shower. "

I stayed in this house with my family for one week. We were 12 people. Very nice house in a very quiet neighborhood, very well connected by subway with downtown and specially with Central Park. The landlord was very helpful. No problems of security, we always came back by subway, sometimes coming late at nigh and we didn't have any feeling of danger at all. The rooms were big and with great bathrooms. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting NY.

"notre séjour a été très agréable dans ce quartier un peu excentré de Manhattan,très bien desservi par 2 lignes de métro et très riche en curiosités (Gospel, visites, concerts de Jazz..) Notre hôte Jérémy a été très chaleureux et de très bon conseil pour un séjour un peu original. Délicieux petits déjeuners."

"Location parfaite pour passer un sejour à New York. 2 lignes de métro à 500 m. Le soir 15$ de taxi depuis Time Square, mais on prend facilement prendre le métro jusqu''à minuit sans problème. Concernant la location, tres bien: Jeremy et Bernadette sont tres acceuillant, plein de bons tuyaux sur NYC. Leur petit-dejeuner permet de tenir jusqu''a 15h: gauffre, pancake, cookies, oeuf, etc.... Notre chambre était grande avec sdb et coin cuisine. La location était silencieuse.... un luxe à NY. Bref on est ravi de notre sejour et de la location"

"charmante maison d''hôtes dans une rue "calme" (on est à New York...! ) de Harlem, quartier agréable à découvrir où l''on se sent en sécurité contrairement aux idées reçues. Chambres décorées avec goût et parfaitement équipées, appartement spacieux et chaleureux, petit déjeuner copieux et conviviaux avec les autres hôtes dans un grand salon accueillant , pas vraiment de point noir si ce n''est le bruit de la clim pourtant indispensable en été ....Point de chute idéal pour allier charme et praticité !"
