"Highly recommend. quiet neighbor on 145th. 20 minutes from downtown on subway ( 5 min walk to subway) can accommodate 6 easy on 3 bedrooms. Near the house are convenience stores and restaurants nice house and above all a Excellent Owner and very Sociable!"

"The appartment was GREAT, spacious, clean and comfortable. The area was very nice with enough supermarkets to do your grocery. The owner helps you where ever she can and gives you information if needed. We had a great staying in a great City with great friendly people. We will come back in this appartment."

"Wir waren für eine Woche Anfang Oktober in New York und haben die Wohnung von Frau O. gemietet. Diese ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Supermarkt und U-Bahn sind um die Ecke, es ist eine ruhige Gegend (obwohl Harlem ja im allgemeinen als unruhig gelten soll, davon war hier aber definitiv nichts zu merken)und die Fahrt mit der U-Bahn nach Manhattan dauert mit einer schnellen Bahn etwa 15 Minuten. Auch Restaurants, Fast Food Ketten und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. Kirchen befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat uns bei Problemen sehr weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem und alles ist super sauber, Handtücher waren vorhanden, ebenso wie frische Bettwäsche. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht also in jedem Fall der Realität."
