" The apartment is recently finished, it is placed into a private complex, tipical of a Mediterranean town with a communal swimming pool only 10 minutes walk from one of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol “Playa Burriana” which has the badge of Blue Flag for many years. The apartment has panoramic wiews looking at the see, town and mountains. We find into a great and luminous space an open kitchen, dinning room and sitting room with a fully equipped terrace (a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun beds). In this place you can spend a luxury holidays. For stays of 3-4 people is a supplement of 5 € / day. "

"Sin vacilación, recomendamos firmemente este apartamento muy bien situado (a 20 minutos a pie del Centro de Nerja, a pocos minutos de la playa), muy agradable a vivir, con todo lo que es necesario, una vista preciosa sobre las montañas, mar y la ciudad y, sobre todo, muy, muy limpio. En prima, hemos tenido derecho a un propietario de una excepcional amabilidad. Gracias Carlos. Sans hésitation, nous recommandons fortement cet appartement très bien situé (à 20 minutes à pied du Centre de Nerja, à quelques minutes de la plage), très agréable à vivre, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire, une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, la mer et la ville et, surtout, très, très propre. En prime, nous avons eu droit à un propriétaire d''une exceptionnelle gentillesse. Merci Carlos.
