Our air conditioning and heating systems harness geothermal energy, and large solar panels ensure hot water all day long. Water for the garden comes from a well. Nea Makri is a great place for a quiet and relaxing seaside holiday. It's also an excellent base for an Athens city break if you want to trade fresh air for a one hour coach ride. We can often transport our guests (two people only) to and from Athens International Airport, a little over half an hour’s drive away. We can also help you to plan your trips to other parts of Greece, perhaps to visit famous archaeological sites or to spend time on the islands. One of us is British and the other Ukrainian. We’ve lived in Greece since 1996 and between us we speak English, Russian, Ukrainian and Greek. "
