Distance from villa to lake is 50 meter and further 80 meter accross the lake to the beach.
The garden has garden furniture ample natural stone seats and 3 pergolas. An outside shower and barbecue is also available.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which has a whirlpool bathtub. Furthermore there are 2 living rooms; one with a fireplace and access to the main terrace surrounding the villa and one to the veranda, both have a panoramic 270º view. In addition, there is a roof terrace with magnificent 360º views.
The fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances includes an American refrigerator/freezer with an ice cube machine so you can enjoy a long-drink in the evening on the terrace watching the sunset. The kitchen also has an outdoor dining table built in natural marble and placed in a cozy area with natural marble stone walls.

Means of access Take the main road going South from the airport.
On the way you pass exits to Mikri Vigla/Orkos and Kastraki. At the point where the road is closest to the sea (about 17 km or 20 minutes from city centre) is the location of Glyfada.
Hints and Tips Villa Bella is situated on the beach of a shallow (0-30 cm deep) lake which has warmer water than normal sea water. In the high season parts of the lake are dry so you can walk across to the main Glyfada Beach with dry feet. In the remaining part of the year you can easily cross the lake (about 80 meter wide) by wading.
The main Glyfada Beach (Kastraki-Glyfada-Aliko) is almost 3 km long and is relatively private due to the fact that there are few hotels nearby. Especially because of the shallow lake between the beach and the house, you may share this part of the Glyfada Beach with fewer other tourists.
Prices depends on number of people. Weekly price in the range EUR 840-1190 in low season, EUR 1295-1645 in middle season and EUR 2030-2380 in high season. Prices in table under is for 1-5 and 6-8 persons.
