Five min.walking distance to Ponta Negra beach. The apartment is large enough to accommodate 4 people and one baby up to 3 years old as there is a crib. The 100sq m property has 2 stunning large suites with radio-cd player, fitted wardrobes and modern air conditioners, 2 living rooms with a selection of books and games, 2 beautiful terraces with hammocks where you can enjoy the view of the ocean on the right and the forest on the left and fully equipped kitchens complete with all modern conveniences. Cable televisions and internal phones are also available for you to enjoy. The apartment is always cleaned and in an excellent condition, very cosy and fully furnished. The property is on a small 28 unit complex with swimming pool for children and adults. The condominium has its own security, caretaker and secured private parking space with remote control entry. There is also a large laundry area with two huge washing machine at no charge. The dates for rental are flexible and short notice rentals can be arranged if available. All arrangements such as airport pick ups, hire car and trips can be organized as required before you go.

Means of access Ponta Negra is a village of a few square kilometers large that lies on the most easterly point of Brazil. It is located 14km south of Natal’s downtown which is the capital city of the region Rio Grande do Norte. Ponta Negra offers a climate of 80-90F (27-32c) accompanied by a refreshing breeze throughout the year. It used to be home for fishers and other working people around early 1990's, it is now the best destination in Brazil for its beautiful beach and well organized infrastructures, in fact is the most trendy and up market area of North East of Brazil. Ponta Negra is well-known for its 'Morro do Careca',a monstrous sand dune. Its face is inclined at 50° and drops straight into the sea. Bordered by jungle green. The beach is nearly three km in length and boasts an excellent infrastructure of Hotels, inns, high quality restaurants, bars and art shops, all within 5 minutes walking distance from the property.
