By car: no matter which direction you come from to Munich (including from the airport) drive the rideway A99 in direction to Munich East (Kreuz München-Ost). At the cross of the rideway A99 with the rideway A94 leave the A99 and take the A94 in direction to Munich city (München Zentrum, M-Riem, M-Zamdorf). Drive the A94 until the end. It comes out directly to the Prinzregentenstrasse. Drive straigh aproximately 800 meter more over the Prinzregentenstrasse, until you find the building with the number 93 at your rigth hand. You are already at D'Alex Havana! By public transportation: take the underground line U4 and get out at the station Prinzregentenplatz. Walk 50 meters over the Prinzregentenstrasse direction east until the building with the number 93. You are already at D'Alex.

"Very nice and clean apartment. It is 4-5 U-ban stations (few minuter walk from apartment) from the center, which can be easily reached. The area where apartment is located is very quiet and nice (as it is almost everything we saw in Munich). We had short, but pleasant stay. Alex is a good host and it is easy to arrange all details with him."

"The appartments are really cosy and clear. Very comfortable to stay. We lived with three (!) kids and never were lack of space! Very calm, no noise from neighboughs, from street, as if we were alone in the whole building. Very convinient to get to any place of interest. You really do not need a car. Moreover we were met with christmas presents which became a pleasant surprise! Alex turned out to be a very relyable and delicate house owner. Sorry for my spelling))) Thank you very much!"

This was a wonderful apartment for our family. Spacious, comfortable and with all the facilities and amenities we required. Located very conveniently to public transport and restaurants/grocery shops, which may our stay easier. We look forward to visiting Munich again in the future, and would hope to use this apartment again.
