Very luminous studio, entirely renovated and decorated cheerfully with wood and with white walls. Alcove for the room, corner living room, corner room to eat office, strikes down where it makes good take lunch in the sun almost in all seasons. Heart of the old city in 5 mn in bike (2 available bikes) and in 10 mn on foot. The Congress palace belongs to 800 m and accessible on foot. Universities and scientific parks are distant from 3 to 5 km. Beach in 10 km; possible Walking and climbing in less 20k. And some ancient nice villages in surroundings (Help) "

If from motorway, take the exit of Montpellier East The studio is in fact a small independent home, as located in a hamlet. It is located "In Quartier des Aubes" in the East part of Montpellier Center one of the most sought-after districts of Montpellier because at the foot of the City heart and filled with small individual villas of character with garden. The studio is just a step away from the Centre of CONGRESSES, CORUM. It is an ideal site for the congressmen and those who want to discover a city with bike. The heart of old city and all its cultural activities are then in 5mn. And for a quiet walker, 10 mn are enough for arriving at it and gouter many activities of a culturally very enlivened city: Congress palace; Comedy opera; festival of dance, of Music, of the Mediterranean Cinema, street shows, small restaurants, trendy coffees. The same distance to achieve the nice modern District of Antigone accomplished by Ricardo Bofil. The garden allows to park a car. The studio is located at the edge of a river, Lez, and the tenants can use nature, or from their terrace or leaving in the garden of the owners.Live the motorway at the exit called " Montpellier Est" and follow center of the town, and then, on the right, La Pompignane.
