" “La piccola torre” – the small tower – is situated in and adjacent to the medieval tower of the Palazzo. There is a stunning staircase of iron and wood leading from the ground floor of the tower (from here access to the garden) to the rooms upstairs - the bathroom inside the tower with an adjacent livingroom/kitchen and a double bedroom. There are great views from here of the terraced garden and of the hills that smoothly descend to the sea. An additional sofa bed in the kitchen permits a maximum occupancy with three persons. “Il cielo” – the sky – , situated on the top floor of the building, offers a large double bedroom with bathroom and allows that “la piccola torre” and “il vecchio magazzino” may be combined and can be added to one or the other apartment if so wished. "

Coming from the autostrada A1 take the exit “Fermo- Porto S. Giorgio”, then follow the SS 16 Adriatica southwards in direction “Monterubbiano” (follow the direction signs). After approximately five km turn right following the direction signs “Lapedonia”. After having reached “Lapedonia” follow directions to “Monterubbiano”. In “Monterubbiano” cross the centre with its main piazza and after approximately 100 m you will arrive in a small piazza with a drugstore (farmacia). You ‘ve made it! "Wunderschöne Ferienwohnungen in geschmackvoll restaurierterm alten Anwesen mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Großer Garten auf unterschiedlichen Terassen zum Entspannen, Essen, Grillen. Freundliche Vermieter. Ein wundervolles ruhiges kaum touristisches Dorf oben auf dem Hügel mit bomastischer Rundsicht. Einfach toll."

"Die Wohnungen im Palazzo von Stefania Aquaticci sind wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes: Die Lage in dem kleinen, aber sehr kultivierten Dörfchen, der Blick aus dem Fenster über die Hügel bis zum Meer, die sorgfältig renovierten und mit alten Möbeln ausgestatteten Zimmer, der wunderbare riesige Garten und die Ruhe sind gerade im Sommer eine gute Alternative zu Stress und Hitze am Meer direkt.Einziges kleines Detail: Nichts für Katzenallergiker, das Katzenklo steht im Gang vor dem Schlafzimmer!"

"Une villas bien chaleureuse avec des hôtes très sympatiques. L'espace jardin est magnifique et le village est intéressant par l'art et la culture qu'il se donne comme image. Stefania et son mari sont vraiment des personnes accueillantes et agréables à coutoiller. Un gros merci et bravo!"
